T. Nishikawa & Co. is a family run ceramic studio that was established in 1917 in Kyoto, Japan. Teizaburio Nishikawa opened the company in Gojozaka quarter, a neighborhood known for its specialization in Kiyomizu ware. Now run by his granddaughter, the company creates beautiful and functional ceramic pieces that nod to the area's rich history while keeping an eye to modern design. Each piece brings calm and clarity to daily rituals, including the continued practice of daily tea ceremonies.
