Thank you for your interest in hiring Marie to tidy your home. While she would love to directly assist as many people as possible, she is unable to take on personal clients or tidying projects at this time, due to scheduling.

What do the different KonMari Consultant levels mean?

Consultants are assigned levels that correspond to how many tidying sessions they have completed with clients using the KonMari Method™, as well as the number of clients who have completed tidying their homes.

Regardless of level, each KonMari Consultant is officially certified and trained in the same program.

KonMari Consultant Certification Levels (minimum requirements):

  • Certified Green: 30 tidying hours, 1 client who completed their tidying festival
  • Certified Bronze: 150 tidying hours, 1 client who completed their tidying festival
  • Certified Silver: 300 tidying hours, 1 client who completed their tidying festival
  • Certified Gold: 600 tidying hours, 2 clients who completed their tidying festival
  • Certified Platinum: 900 tidying hours, 2 clients who completed their tidying festival
  • Certified Master: 1,500 tidying hours, 2 clients who completed their tidying festival

Job Overview

The Director of E-Commerce Operations is responsible for the overall operations and user experience of KonMari’s e-commerce site, including 3PL warehouse management. This role reports to the Head of Merchandising in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload all new products to the site; coordinate with copy, creative and merchandising partners to gather all PDP material to push live; ensure that product pages align with overall brand and UX guidelines
  • Work with brand team to build site and email content timeline to ensure product launches, brand initiatives, content uploads and email communications are aligned

  • Establish and manage new and existing vendor relationships and terms, targeting at least 50% of inventory on consignment or drop ship

Shipping is FREE for all orders $75.00 or more (before taxes and shipping). Standard shipping (3 to 5 business days) is $9.00 for all orders less than $75.00 (before taxes and shipping). Please note that these rates apply only to the Continental U.S.

We also offer paid 2-Day and Overnight Shipping to the Continental U.S. Rates vary upon destination and are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

All new and unused items (excluding Final Sale) are eligible for a refund within 30 days of placing your order. Items must be returned unopened, with tags and in their original packaging.

How do I make a return?

To start a return, please visit our Return Center to print a pre-paid shipping label. Affix the label to your package and take it to a USPS drop-off location. Please note that the return label fee is $10, which will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to use your own return shipping method, please email orders@konmari.com and we would be happy to assist you.

In the rare event that merchandise arrives damaged or an incorrect item is received, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your package. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged and/or incorrect item and send you a replacement at no cost.

As soon as we receive your return and determine that it is in resellable condition, we will issue your refund right away. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to complete depending on the processing time, which varies between credit card issuers.
