Thank you for your interest in hiring Marie to tidy your home. While she would love to directly assist as many people as possible, she is unable to take on personal clients or tidying projects at this time, due to scheduling.
If you are seeking one-on-one tidying assistance, our certified KonMari Consultants are professionally trained to help you tidy your home using the KonMari Method™. We have over 300 certified KonMari Consultants in more than 30 countries around the world. Pricing varies according to mastery level and location, but you can filter easily – and learn more about the program – on our Consultants page.

Within the mainland United States: Standard Ground Shipping is free for orders over $150. For orders under $150, we offer Standard Ground Shipping starting at $9.
Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
We also offer paid 2-Day and Overnight Shipping to the mainland U.S. Rates vary upon destination and are calculated at checkout.
All new and unused items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of placing your order. Items must be returned unopened, with tags and in their original packaging.
Items ineligible for returns:
- Any order that was placed more than 30 days ago.
- Any item marked as “Final Sale.”
- Any item shipped internationally.
To start a return, please visit our Return Center and enter in the email address that you used when placing your order and click “Start a Return.” You will receive an email with a link that will direct you to our Return Center where you can choose the item(s) you would like to return and select the reason(s) for the return.
Affix the label to your package and take it to a USPS drop-off location. The return label fee is $10, which will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to use your own return shipping method, please email orders@konmari.com and we would be happy to assist you.
KonMari is not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while in transit. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.
As soon as we receive your return and determine that it is in resellable condition, we will issue your refund right away. Your refund will have the $10 return label fee and any original delivery, shipping and handling fees paid deducted from the total. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to complete depending on the processing time, which varies between credit card issuers.
We only accept exchanges for different sizes of the same item. To start an exchange for a new size, please visit our Return Center and enter in the email address that you used when placing your order and click “Start a Return.” You will receive an email with a link that will direct you to our Return Center where you can choose the item(s) you would like to exchange. Please make sure you check off the box that says “Is this an exchange?”. Finally, please specify which size you would like to exchange it for in the “Additional Comments” field. The $10 return label fee will be waived on exchanges for different sizes.
Please note, if the size you would like to exchange it for has sold out, a member of our team will reach out to you to assist you with next steps.
We are unable to accept exchanges for two different items (only different sizes). If you would like to return one item and receive a different one, you will need to process a return and then place a new order for the different item(s).
All in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days. We do not have control over the carriers and their transit times, but we will provide you with a tracking number so you can estimate delivery timing.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item weights and dimensions, destination and shipping method selected. We pass along our preferred rates from FedEx and other carriers.

Consultants are assigned levels that correspond to how many tidying sessions they have completed with clients using the KonMari Method™, as well as the number of clients who have completed tidying their homes.
Regardless of level, each KonMari Consultant is officially certified and trained in the same program.
KonMari Consultant Certification Levels (minimum requirements):
- Certified Green: 30 tidying hours, 1 client who completed their tidying festival
- Certified Bronze: 150 tidying hours, 1 client who completed their tidying festival
- Certified Silver: 300 tidying hours, 1 client who completed their tidying festival

Summary
This role is responsible for defining and executing an innovative social media strategy and campaigns that deliver measurable business results. This position collaborates with stakeholders across all KonMari business verticals to create social content strategy in line with the needs of each brand vertical. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning within the social and digital space and experience developing and implementing highly successful social media campaigns. This role reports to the Head of Marketing & Commerce.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement a dynamic strategy to grow, engage and convert our audience on Instagram and other social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest on a limited budget. Continually evolve and adjust strategy to meet and/or exceed metric targets.
- Responsible for building new social communities for business pillars, in addition to the brand social presence
- Build content calendar and strategy to align with Merch calendar, product and brand launches, events and activations and other brand initiatives
- Lead social listening; retain loyalty; resolve community issues and provide relevant feedback to internal team. Foster engagement with our community – including participating in conversations that will garner earned media
- Deliver ongoing social strategy while actively participating in topical relevant conversation opportunities
- Work cross functionally to track and report weekly performance against KPIs; monitor, measure and analyze the effectiveness of social channels to enable continuous learning, and program optimization
- Operationalize business development and revenue opportunities with other media organizations and brands through social-first initiatives
- Source UGC for key company initiatives, aligning with brand voice and aesthetic
- Analyzing data of various social platforms and report to management on performance and trends
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to gather and synthesize data to make strategic creative and content decisions
- Ability to use analytics to prove ROI and create meaningful reports to management
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Flawless communication and writing skills
- Strong visual eye, creative taste level and design experience
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Have a pulse on cultural dialogue- you know where the buzz is and where brands can play a role
- Lead a small team of social and community assistants
Qualification Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing social media for large audiences and a network of contacts in new media
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Communications or equivalent preferred
- Experience with operating task management tools
- Familiarity with ecommerce or customer service is a plus
- Experience in the home, design or lifestyle space is helpful

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Strategic Development or equivalent work experience is required; MBA or other graduate-level degree is a plus.
- 10+ years in brand partnerships, integrated marketing campaigns, digital technology and content with client-facing experience.
- Has broad understanding and network of business and partner development and knows how to drive revenue.
- Fluency in ROI and metrics required to secure partnerships.
- Strong ability to prioritize within a fast-paced, growth-minded organization while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
