Can Marie tidy my home?

Thank you for your interest in hiring Marie to tidy your home. While she would love to directly assist as many people as possible, she is unable to take on personal clients or tidying projects at this time, due to scheduling.

If you are seeking one-on-one tidying assistance, our certified KonMari Consultants are professionally trained to help you tidy your home using the KonMari Method™. We have over 700 certified KonMari Consultants in more than 54 countries around the world. Pricing varies according to mastery level and location, but you can filter easily on our Consultant search page.

Shipping within the United States
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. All in-stock items are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive your order based on the shipping method you selected below*:

Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days

2-Day Shipping: 2 business days (ships same day if ordered by 12:00 pm PST on a business day, and next business day if ordered after 12:00 pm PST)

Overnight Shipping: Next business day (ships same day if ordered by 12:00 pm PST on a business day, and next business day if ordered after 12:00 pm PST)

 

    What are your shipping costs?

    Within the mainland United States: Standard Ground Shipping is free for orders over $150. For orders under $150, we offer Standard Ground Shipping starting at $9.

    Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. 

    We also offer paid 2-Day and Overnight Shipping to the mainland U.S. Rates vary upon destination and are calculated at checkout.

    What is your return policy?

    All new and unused items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of placing your order. Items must be returned unopened, with tags and in their original packaging.

    Items ineligible for returns:

    • Any order that was placed more than 30 days ago.
    • Any item marked as “Final Sale.”
    • Any item shipped internationally.
    How do I make a return?

    To start a return, please visit our Return Center and enter in the email address that you used when placing your order and click “Start a Return.” You will receive an email with a link that will direct you to our Return Center where you can choose the item(s) you would like to return and select the reason(s) for the return. 

    Affix the label to your package and take it to a USPS drop-off location. The return label fee is $10, which will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to use your own return shipping method, please email orders@konmari.com and we would be happy to assist you.

    KonMari is not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while in transit. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.

    As soon as we receive your return and determine that it is in resellable condition, we will issue your refund right away. Your refund will have the $10 return label fee and any original delivery, shipping and handling fees paid deducted from the total. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to complete depending on the processing time, which varies between credit card issuers.

    How do I start an exchange?

    We only accept exchanges for different sizes of the same item. To start an exchange for a new size, please visit our Return Center and enter in the email address that you used when placing your order and click “Start a Return.” You will receive an email with a link that will direct you to our Return Center where you can choose the item(s) you would like to exchange. Please make sure you check off the box that says “Is this an exchange?”. Finally, please specify which size you would like to exchange it for in the “Additional Comments” field. The $10 return label fee will be waived on exchanges for different sizes.

    Please note, if the size you would like to exchange it for has sold out, a member of our team will reach out to you to assist you with next steps.

    We are unable to accept exchanges for two different items (only different sizes). If you would like to return one item and receive a different one, you will need to process a return and then place a new order for the different item(s).

    What do I do if I receive a damaged item and/or the wrong item?
    In the rare event that merchandise arrives damaged or an incorrect item is received, please email us at orders@konmari.com within 5 days of receiving your package so we can resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
    Shipping Internationally
    How long will it take for my international order to arrive?

    All in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days. We do not have control over the carriers and their transit times, but we will provide you with a tracking number so you can estimate delivery timing. 

    • Canadian orders ship via FedEx Ground.
    • More carriers may be added in the future.
    What are your international shipping costs?

    International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item weights and dimensions, destination and shipping method selected. We pass along our preferred rates from FedEx and other carriers.

    What is your international return policy?
    At this time, we are unable to accept any returns on orders shipped internationally.

    What do the different KonMari Consultant levels mean?

    Consultants are assigned levels that correspond to how many tidying sessions they have completed with clients using the KonMari Method™, as well as the number of clients who have completed tidying their homes.

    Regardless of level, each KonMari Consultant is officially certified and trained in the same program.

    KonMari Consultant Certification Levels (minimum requirements):

    • Certified Green: 30 tidying hours, 1 client who completed their tidying festival
    • Certified Bronze: 150 tidying hours, 1 client who completed their tidying festival
    • Certified Silver: 300 tidying hours, 1 client who completed their tidying festival
    • Certified Gold: 600 tidying hours, 2 clients who completed their tidying festival
    • Certified Platinum: 900 tidying hours, 2 clients who completed their tidying festival
    • Certified Master: 1,500 tidying hours, 2 clients who completed their tidying festival
