Web & Platform Manager

The Web & Platform Manager is a highly visible and important role for the company and will require both strategic vision and technical hands-on operational responsibilities.  This position is responsible for leading digital content efforts and for administering all IT-related business, functions, and systems.

Key Responsibilities

●        Work with Growth Marketing Director to integrate digital content into the overall marketing and communications strategy

●        Support all business initiatives related to KMI owned digital platforms

●        Overseeing all technology operations and evaluate and execute plans according to established goals and company protocols

●        Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management and by the parent company

●        Manage the company digital roadmap, including website, mobile app, consultant online community, and blog

●        Manage resources and workflow to ensure operational efficiency and maximize productivity at digital touchpoints within the business by working closely with senior management, internal stakeholders, and agency partners

●        Analyze and assess the business requirements of all departments to determine technology needs

●        Plan and recommend cost-effective technological equipment and tools to streamline the IT requirements of the organization

●        Manage and collaborate with the development team(s) of engineering and UX/UI design

Minimum Qualifications

●        Other assigned duties as requested 7+ years of experience in digital marketing preferred

●        Bachelor's Degree

●        Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment

●        Excellent time management, prioritization and organization skills to manage multiple projects concurrently

●        Knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, Salesforce, CVENT, Heroku, Vimeo

●        Proven experience developing strategic and tactical plans with a solid track record of continuous improvement and/or replacement of legacy systems

●        Ability to lead and motivate the team to achieve company KPIs

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

●        B2C consumer marketing experience required. Retail eCommerce experience preferred.
