What are your shipping costs?

Within the mainland United States: Standard Ground Shipping is free for orders over $150. For orders under $150, we offer Standard Ground Shipping starting at $9.

Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. 

We also offer paid 2-Day and Overnight Shipping to the mainland U.S. Rates vary upon destination and are calculated at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. All in-stock items are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive your order based on the shipping method you selected below*:

Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days

2-Day Shipping: 2 business days (ships same day if ordered by 12:00 pm PST on a business day, and next business day if ordered after 12:00 pm PST)

Overnight Shipping: Next business day (ships same day if ordered by 12:00 pm PST on a business day, and next business day if ordered after 12:00 pm PST)

My order is a gift. What are my gifting options?

All orders are wrapped in tissue paper and packing slips do not include any prices, so they are appropriate for gifting and act as a gift receipt.

Once you are ready to check out, please visit your Shopping Cart. On the bottom left hand side of the page, you will see "Add a Gift Message" and can enter in your note to be printed on the packing slip. 

And be sure to sign off using your name so the recipient knows who their gift is from!

How do I change or cancel my order?

If a cancellation or modification of your order is needed, please email us at orders@konmari.com as quickly as possible – we do our best to accommodate these requests. Please note that after your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee we can cancel or change your order.

What is your return policy?

All new and unused items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of placing your order. Items must be returned unopened, with tags and in their original packaging.

Items ineligible for returns:

- Any order that was placed more than 30 days ago.

- Any item marked as “Final Sale.”

How do I make a return?

To start a return, please visit our Return Center and enter in the email address that you used when placing your order and click “Start a Return.” You will receive an email with a link that will direct you to our Return Center where you can choose the item(s) you would like to return and select the reason(s) for the return. 

Affix the label to your package and take it to a USPS drop-off location. The return label fee is $9, which will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to use your own return shipping method, please email orders@konmari.com and we would be happy to assist you.

KonMari is not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while in transit. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.

As soon as we receive your return and determine that it is in resellable condition, we will issue your refund right away. Your refund will have the $9 return label fee and any original delivery, shipping and handling fees paid deducted from the total. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to complete depending on the processing time, which varies between credit card issuers.

How do I start an exchange?

We only accept exchanges for different sizes of the same item. To start an exchange for a new size, please visit our Return Center and enter in the email address that you used when placing your order and click “Start a Return.” You will receive an email with a link that will direct you to our Return Center where you can choose the item(s) you would like to exchange. Then on the order summary page – please specify which size you would like to exchange it for in the “Additional Feedback & Exchanges” field. The $9 return label fee will be waived on exchanges for different sizes.

Please note, if the size you would like to exchange it for has sold out, a member of our team will reach out to you to assist you with next steps.

We are unable to accept exchanges for two different items (only different sizes). If you would like to return one item and receive a different one, you will need to process a return and then place a new order for the different item(s).

What do I do if I receive a damaged item and/or the wrong item?

If merchandise arrives damaged/defective or if you received the wrong item, there is no need to process a return or exchange. Instead, please email us at orders@konmari.com within 5 days of receiving your package so we can resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Klarna is a payment service provider that takes end-to-end responsibility for your payment, by allowing you to make purchases now and pay for them later through different payment plans.

How do I shop with Klarna?

Follow these three simple steps:

2. Select Klarna at checkout and select your preferred payment plan.

What are my payment plan options?

When shopping with Klarna, you have the ability to choose between two options:

1. Pay in 4 – Split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. When you complete your order, your card will be charged for 25% of the order. Then you will receive an email from Klarna outlining your payment schedule. Payments will be automatically withdrawn from your card every two weeks.

2. Monthly Financing – You can apply for easy monthly financing during checkout. A simple, 2-step application will provide an instant decision. Once you’ve been approved, you can spread the cost over 6 months with APRs ranging from 0% - 24.99%. You will receive reminders and can manage your payments directly in the Klarna app.

Is my order eligible for buy now, pay later?

Pay in 4 is offered for orders from $35 - $1,000.

And for orders above $149, monthly financing is also available.

Can I purchase a gift card using Klarna?

At this time, Klarna is unable to accomodate gift card purchases. If you have a gift card in your cart with or without other physical products, your order will not be eligible for Klarna.

If you are looking to purchase a digital gift card, we invite you to create and complete a separate order. In the same way, if you are looking to shop with Klarna – you can do so by placing a separate order for your items.

What happens if I make a return?

If you need to return part of or all of your order, Klarna will issue you a new statement. Log into your Klarna account, select 'report a return' and Klarna will pause your statement. Our standard Return Policy applies:
