My order is a gift. What are my gifting options?

All orders are wrapped in tissue paper and packing slips do not include any prices, so they are appropriate for gifting and act as a gift receipt.

Once you add your items to your cart, you will have the option to add a gift note. Click on the shopping basket icon in the upper right hand corner to view your cart. At the top, you will see the message "Is this purchase a gift? Add a gift message." After clicking on "Add a gift message." you will be taken to a page where you can enter in your note to be printed on the packing slip. Be sure to include your name so the recipient knows who their gift is from!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. All in-stock items are processed within 1-3 business days.

Due to increased shipping volume and potential carrier delays, please order by the following dates for delivery by December 24, 2021*:

Standard Shipping: December 13, 2021 by 12:00 pm PST

2-Day Shipping: December 21, 2021 by 12:00 pm PST

Overnight Shipping: December 22, 2021 by 12:00 pm PST

What are your shipping costs?

Within the mainland United States: Standard Ground Shipping is free for orders over $150. For orders under $150, we offer Standard Ground Shipping starting at $9.

Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. 

We also offer paid 2-Day and Overnight Shipping to the mainland U.S. Rates vary upon destination and are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

All new and unused items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of placing your order. Items must be returned unopened, with tags and in their original packaging.

Items ineligible for returns:

- Any order that was placed more than 30 days ago.

- Any item marked as “Final Sale.”

How do I make a return?

To start a return, please visit our Return Center and enter in the email address that you used when placing your order and click “Start a Return.” You will receive an email with a link that will direct you to our Return Center where you can choose the item(s) you would like to return and select the reason(s) for the return. 

Affix the label to your package and take it to a USPS drop-off location. The return label fee is $10, which will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to use your own return shipping method, please email orders@konmari.com and we would be happy to assist you.

KonMari is not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while in transit. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.

As soon as we receive your return and determine that it is in resellable condition, we will issue your refund right away. Your refund will have the $10 return label fee and any original delivery, shipping and handling fees paid deducted from the total. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to complete depending on the processing time, which varies between credit card issuers.

How do I start an exchange?

We only accept exchanges for different sizes of the same item. To start an exchange for a new size, please visit our Return Center and enter in the email address that you used when placing your order and click “Start a Return.” You will receive an email with a link that will direct you to our Return Center where you can choose the item(s) you would like to exchange. Please make sure you check off the box that says “Is this an exchange?”. Finally, please specify which size you would like to exchange it for in the “Additional Comments” field. The $10 return label fee will be waived on exchanges for different sizes.

Please note, if the size you would like to exchange it for has sold out, a member of our team will reach out to you to assist you with next steps.

We are unable to accept exchanges for two different items (only different sizes). If you would like to return one item and receive a different one, you will need to process a return and then place a new order for the different item(s).

What do I do if I receive a damaged item and/or the wrong item?

In the rare event that merchandise arrives damaged or an incorrect item is received, please email us at orders@konmari.com within 5 days of receiving your package so we can resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
