Sustainable accessories brand Love Mert started in 2000, long before "eco-friendly" was a household word. Founded by designer Melissa Michelsen, all products are made by hand in her Lake Tahoe, California studio from vintage repurposed fabrics, scrap leather, organic cotton or hemp linen. Marbled fabrics are dyed by hand to create unique, lasting pieces.
