10.6 inches long
Wash gently with a detergent right after using and wipe water out so that the oxidation film covers the surface equally. Do not leave it without washing or keep it in food for long time to prevent darkening and copper green rust. To take darkening and copper green rust off, polish with the detergent includes the abrasives or the mixture of salt and vinegar instead. Natural luster will come out again after polishing. Soak it in vinegar diluted with water over night and polish when the dirt is hard to off.
