Trimmed wicks make for a clean burn and lengthen the life of your candles – untrimmed wicks can cause wax to burn too fast. To use, position the base of the trimmer about a quarter of an inch above the wax surface and snip! Make sure the wick has cooled completely – or trim just before lighting.
