Care & Use Instructions
As with all cast iron pans, scrub lightly with warm water. Mild detergent and a nylon scouring pad can be used for tough stuck on food. Dry thoroughly to store, apply a light layer of vegetable oil with a clean cloth to avoid rust. Do not leave soaking in water and do not put it in a dishwasher.
