Hikidashi boxes are homes for your cherished items. Simple and beautiful – with a touch of whimsy – they fit easily within a drawer. Hikidashi means “drawer” in Japanese, and Marie designed these boxes specifically for organizing clothes – the first category in the KonMari Method™. Place them in your dresser drawers to divide the space, or use them on your shelves to create mini-drawers. Just be sure to sort your items by category and line them up from light to dark!
Each set includes 14 pieces – seven nesting boxes and their lids – made from durable recycled fiberboard. The interior is decorated with a watercolor print as a reminder to think inside the box and value what cannot always be seen from the outside.
Joy Tip Think of Hikidashi Boxes as homes where your treasured belongings can rest. At the end of the day, when you return your belongings to their designated spots, do so with a sense of gratitude for their role in supporting your life.
Part of the Joyful Collection.
