  • Collaborate with Director of Social Strategy to create and implement a dynamic strategy to engage, evolve and grow our audience on Instagram and other platforms
  • Source UGC for key company initiatives and in support of KonMari as a lifestyle brand, aligning with brand voice and aesthetic
  • Act as the voice of KonMari through the day-to-day commenting, liking, direct messages and conversation moderation
  • Report performance weekly
  • Lead social listening; resolve community issues and provide relevant feedback to internal team
  • Act as our brand voice in proactive social conversations
  • Deliver our social strategy but also move quickly on relevant opportunities to enter conversation
  • Foster engagement with our community – including participating in conversations that will garner earned media
  • Build a feedback loop on social conversation, community feedback and sentiment to inform future strategies across the business
  • Understand and meet key performance indicators, including engagement, branded hashtag submissions and follower growth



  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications or equivalent preferred
  • 2+ years social media experience
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Flawless communication and writing skills
  • An obsession with grammar, syntax and brand voice. You frequently engage in debates over the Oxford comma and can spot a misplaced modifier from 100 miles away.
  • Strong visual eye and creative taste level
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
  • Experience in customer service a plus with a “no such thing as a stupid question” attitude
  • Experience in the home, design or fashion space a plus
  • Available on weekends
  • Have a pulse on cultural dialogue – you know where the buzz is and where brands can play a role
  • Report to Los Angeles, CA headquarters
