To start a return, please visit our Return Center to print a pre-paid shipping label. Affix the label to your package and take it to a USPS drop-off location. Please note that the return label fee is $10, which will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to use your own return shipping method, please email email@example.com and we would be happy to assist you.
In the rare event that merchandise arrives damaged or an incorrect item is received, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your package. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged and/or incorrect item and send you a replacement at no cost.
As soon as we receive your return and determine that it is in resellable condition, we will issue your refund right away. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to complete depending on the processing time, which varies between credit card issuers.
