  • Collaborate with KonMari leadership to develop strategic plans to drive Consultant program growth
  • Represent the Consultants internally for strategic decisions across technology, marketing and operations
  • Identify and drive new Consultant acquisition strategies
  • Establish a recognition and retention program for the Consultants
  • Partner with legal advisor and use data and insights to establish a core compensation and career plan for the program
  • Concept, manage, produce and execute Consultant events with internal team and freelance event planners – including but not limited to training seminars, retreats and meet-ups
  • Oversee the development of learning platforms to ensure that consultant learning materials are effectively delivered
  • Create systems to track history, usages and consumption of learning content
  • Oversee and refine curriculum development for the seminar and certification grading process
  • Develop and manage the department budget
  • Partner with internal brand team to ensure a consistent look and tone in all messaging, communication and branding
  • Work with our creative agency for the production of branded printed materials, digital tools, swag items, etc.
  • Interact with the Consultants regularly, including one-on-one, in groups, in person and virtually; motivate, engage and support them
  • Communicate with Consultants and resolve their concerns and issues with utmost urgency and professionalism


  • 8+ years project management, organizational development or field development experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • Demonstrated success with defining and optimizing learning systems and business processes
  • Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Experience designing recognition programs
  • Experience with strategy development for new audience acquisition
  • Event management experience preferred
  • Strong passion for the KonMari Method™ and brand mission
  • Available to report to Los Angeles, CA headquarters
